Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The product is in its original
  • The product is unused and
  • The product is not damaged or tampered

Unfortunately, opened products cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@klearincosmetics.com with your order details and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number.

Once we receive the returned product, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. If the product is eligible for a refund, we’ll process it within 3-5 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

If the returned product is damaged or defective, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. We’ll notify you of our decision and arrange for the replacement to be shipped to you.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is damaged or defective. In such cases, we’ll bear the cost of return shipping.
